January Brunch and Alt Summit Meetup
We are just 2 days away from talking all about Collaboration. This is such an exciting topic for us since that is how Blog Brunch came to be. We cannot wait to hear all of your thoughts, questions, and ideas on what it means to collaborate or begin the process of collaboration. You all have been tweeting up a storm about your excitement on this topic so we know this brunch is going to be full of new Brunchers and some great responses.
In preperation for this weekend we wanted to shoot the questions that we will be facilitating during the brunch for all of you so you can prep your answers. If you are unable to make it no worries! We always recap the day and give you an overview of what we talked about so you don’t miss anything. On to the questions!
1. Name what you feel are the key elements of a great collaboration.
2. How have you found the right people to collaborate with?
3. How have you found it fair to split up work, money, etc?
4. Is there any software, apps or file sharing systems that you use for collaborations?
5. What collaborations have you seen work in our community? Why do you think they have worked?
The reason we chose the topic of Collaboration for January was because we know a number of you are planning to attend Alt Design Summit this month. This is a great place to connect with other bloggers and hopefully begin relationships that will turn into a big or small collaboration or even some guest posting possibilities at the least. That all being said we want to help with offering an opportunity for you to meet with some of your fellow Brunchers. We are hoping to get an estimated number from you all that will be at Alt and would be interested in meeting up for a casual meet and greet.
After talking with bloggers Colleen and Amanda who have volunteered to give some insight and to partner with us, is that we should meet for drinks after the opening dinner. Does this work for you all? What are your thoughts? We want to make sure we are catering to the best time for all of you. Let us know, give us your thoughts, and we will let you know a place, time, and maybe even let you know about a special cocktail brewed up just for you all!
